Song Writers

E. V. Page
Songwriter and manager

E. V. Page, a man of great charm, was another songwriter who combined management with melody. He wrote "La-di-da" for Nellie Power, "Only One" for James Fawn, " 'Arry" for Jenny Hill, and very many more. Page started in the City, went on the halls then back to the City, and continued to write songs all the time.
"The Melodies Linger On" by Walter Macqueen-Pope
